Let me be honest here, I have a major sweet tooth. I will eat just about anything as long as it's covered in chocolate or frosting. Lemon is my absolute favorite though. I've never had a souffle before so I didn't have much to compare it too, but we looooved these lemon souffles. My family of 4 ate all eight of them in no time!
Not to mention they are super cute!
 I used this Martha Stewart recipe. Except she recommends using Meyer lemons, my small town grocery store only has plain ol' lemons so that's what I used. The plain lemons worked well for me. They might be a little more tart with regular lemons, but I like the tartness. Maybe I'll try a chocolate souffle next, YUM! |
